1. Fit the socket — snap on whichever of the 4 sockets matches your lug nut (17, 19, 21 or 22 mm).
2. Brace the arm — rest the reaction arm against the ground or neighbouring nut. The tool holds itself still.
3. Crank it loose — turn the hand crank steadily. The gearing does the fighting.
4. Swap and go — change the wheel, snug the nuts by hand, finish with a standard wrench.

On tightening: use it to snug nuts up, then finish with a standard wrench. At 680 N·m this tool will over-torque a stud if you're not careful.

What does the 16:1 ratio actually mean for me?
For every 16 units of force delivered at the socket, you supply one at the crank. A job that normally takes a 200 lb person jumping on a breaker bar becomes something you do with one hand, kneeling.

Will it damage my wheels or studs?
The opposite. Unlike an impact gun that hammers and jerks, this applies smooth constant torque — which prevents nuts rounding off and studs snapping.

What if the nut is rusted solid?
That's what it's built for. 680 N·m is designed to break through rust and frozen threads a standard wrench can't budge.

Will it fit my truck?
